Training Resource and Development Center (TRDC)
The TRDC was built with you in mind. It includes the processes, resources and forms you need to develop and get approval for an NTED course. NTED's course development and review process includes five phases (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate). These phases align with the ADDIE instructional Systems Design (ISD) model. The ADDIE ISD model breaks the process into phases to help guide the Instructional Development Team throughout the course development lifecycle. Within each phase, you will find tools and resources to help you complete each phase successfully.
